Order

  • The way our ordering process works is, you fill out this form explaining what services and / or products you need from us to complete your project. If you are not exactly sure what you need feel free to contact us and maybe we can help you get a clearer understanding. Once you have filled out the form. We will respond to you as quickly as we can with an invoice/qoute payable securely through Credit, Debit, echeck, or PayPal. by submitting the form you are not obligated to pay. However a deposit is required to begin work. And payment for products that need to be shipped are to be paid in full up front.
  • This is where you upload the files that you want us to use on the project. If you need to send music, video, or large files please contact us for instructions.
  • A 50% deposit is due for anything design related before work is started. Please allow 48-72hrs for a sample to be submitted to you. You will recieve watermarked samples of the work completed and if any revisions are needed we will complete those within the allotted cycles per project. Design projects give you 2 examples to start and 3 revisions thereafter. After the allotted revisions, each additional revision is $50. Payment is due upon completion. When final payment is received you will be sent a high res, completed, and watermark free version of your design. There is a 48hr grace period for payment. If we don’t hear anything from you, further actions will be taken. If there is an emergency or a legitimate reason why you are unable to make your payment, Let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Saying you have other bills to pay will not work as this is a bill as well and we also have bills to pay. The deposit is non-refundable once work begins.

    Any print product is to be paid in full before printing begins. Please allow 7-10 business days to complete production and 3-5 days for delivery of product. We do not print in house so having it delivered directly to you is actually quicker. Please proof-read your materials before printing begins as we are not liable for misspellings or anything else for that matter unless it is absolutely our fault. Print products are non-refundable unless defective. If that is the case we will take the necessary steps to solve this issue by getting product replaced or seeking a refund.
